Competitive salary and some good benefit options like vacation purchase. Good people

Cons

Way behind the times, this company is stuck in their ways and is incredibly cheap and lean. Horrific work life balance. The Accounting department expects you to submit your life to the company and you are rewarded by the number of hours you work. Leadership is not supportive of having families or having any priorities that conflict with work. They preach flexibility but are not flexible one bit. There is not concern for others well being or happiness.

None. Literally every CPG out there is better in every way.

Cons

Poor management, HR sits on their hands when you notify them of a problem— absolutely worthless. No support from an ongoing training and development standpoint. Very male-dominated culture. Uptight, and not diverse. I would even say my experience working here was hostile at times. From being told my clothing was “distracting the men on my team” to being given a company car with a blown tire and no brakes on my first day. They. Do. Not. Care. About their employees. You’re a cog. They’re the machine. Biggest mistake of my career.
