Pros

Competitive salaries and benefits. They also allow for flexible work schedules and work from home days. Most coworkers are friendly and helpful. Technology is interesting.

Cons

Management doesn't seem to be able to make a decision and see it through. Plans are constantly changing, resulting in an unhealthy, chaotic environment. It feels like a bunch of VPs and Execs are flailing around, unsure which direction to go, and everyone is pulling in a different direction.

Oh I could go on and on. 1. Horrible managers who are not invested in your career at all. 2. No empathy from manaement or co-workers for any issues if you face 3. No transparency in terms of career progress or quarterly goals 4. No flexibility to work from home
