The culture at first is great, it gives us a lot of tools to help us develop inside the company where actually it depends on you what you want to accomplish, so it is very pleasant to work in an environment where they really give you everything you need in order to make our job easier. Salary wise is a great choice since they do pay a little bit above the average for the positions.

Cons

Constantly changing the rules for MBO bonus every 4 to 6 months, so is hard to keep track on what is the goal for the quarter, a lot of personal rotation which can be great sometimes but not so great in others. Also lately putting more restrictions on the duration of your vacation, no more on site training among other things.
