Great Government/Public Sector Team!

Pros

Industry best technology that meets a major need for government customers. Strong and committed leadership team that leads from the front and assists in getting things done. The team and business has gone through a tremendous transformation the past 1.5 years and the results show it is working! Change is never easy but sometimes necessary. We now have the structure and components of a business - marketing, partners, messaging, and enablement. Can't wait to see what the next 1.5 years will bring. Company paid healthcare, unlimited PTO, great culture, smart people, and much more

Cons

Internal tools and shared box folders are not as easy to utilize as they could be. Not an uncommon problem but definitely something that could be improved.

Pros

The technology is completely open source and meets the needs of the public sector. The commitment to success of the public sector team by leadership is from the top down is great. The tools and enablement from technology training, sales training to management coaching have been extremely helpful.

Cons

As with any sales org, making sure everything is entered into the CRM, can be a challenge as there is a lot of interest in the product. Finding time to manage the day to day stuff can be challenging.
