The people I work with are great Good incentives

Cons

Needs organization Needs a lot of updating A lot of equipment is old and inefficient Lower level supervision does not seem to have any training managing employees. They only know numbers but they aren't even good at getting those because they don't manage employees.

Its hard to say what is really a pro about working here lately.

Cons

There has been many and now there are additions. I do not think this will stop anytime soon. I think its the beginning post pandemic although it seems we're still in the pandemic compared to the other guys.
