Hotel Equities' culture is unmatched in the industry. The support that has been provided is beyond measure. The training programs that are in place and the opportunity for growth that associates have within the company is wonderful.

Cons

Communication and consistency have much room for improvement. It's quite possible to get three different responses from three different people about the exact same thing.

This company fired me and now I have a pending EEOC case.

Cons

The company preaches hire the attitude, train the skill. I was one of the top performers for this company. A month before being terminated I was Employee of the Quarter. It seems as though this company puts people in positions who have no idea what they are doing. I assume they had no idea that firing someone in retaliation is against federal law.
