I think it is a great place to work. If you work hard communicate your needs and align with the company's direction, you can thrive there. My reason for leaving was family based. We needed to be in another part of the country. The people at the top are open approachable and very positive in my opinion.

Cons

Are they the highest paying organization out there ? Perhaps not. I would say competitive .
