Making 100k in your first year in sales (enrollment specialist role) is very feasible, easy technology to learn and sell, fast paced, competitive environment, work alongside some of the most passionate people you’ll ever meet in your day job. I am so grateful to be employed here

Good upper-level management Casual environment Strong values Unlimited PTO

Cons

Bellow average pay Minimal employee recognition Worst commute for anyone who lives South of La Jolla (1.5 hours) Difficult to communicate with other departments (Marketing team is located in SF while HQ is in San Diego) No 401K Understaffed so a LOT to do and a lot expected from you. High stress.

We appreciate the thoughtful feedback. You raised a few great points about what is working well for you and a few things that don't feel as great for you as you'd like. I get it, I really do. My general sense, from years of serving tech companies, is that every fast-growth business goes through inflection points and evolves. For some it just may not feel like what it once was and for some that isn't ideal. Ultimately though, that evolution is a sign of change, maturation and, ultimately, possibility. If you would like to discuss, please come find me and talk it through - you certainly can do the same with Mel if that's a better fit for you. Pros

I was on the community team, which had the best leadership and the best teamwork I’ve ever had in my life, The Sr, Director of Marketing that manages the community team is someone who if you get a chance to work for, he will change your life for the better, the type of leader you never forget. The atmosphere here is high energy, the work is fast paced, and the people are the best there is. I would recommend working here if you like moving fast, doing great work, and if you’re looking for a team that will become your family. If you thrive in a quiet, secluded environment and take your time getting things done right instead of fast, this company may not be the best fit for you.

Cons

Cross-departmental communication was tough at times, but to be expected with “growing pains” for a company expanding like housecall pro.
