You will worry all the time just because they can throw you 25 different tasks and projects at you with deadlines all the time. Before you could get on with the tasks, they would continue to harass you with more and more tasks. Superintendent run it like it's his kingdom and what he says, goes. Many administrators either quit halfway or got "reassigned" without agreeing to do so. Power Trip is huge from the top down.
