Cons

High Turnover, Poor/Miscommunication, No consistency in administrator priority-Mandates changed from minute to minute on a whim, constant turmoil. Senior management ruled by subtle threat and intimidation creating atmosphere of distrust among all faculty and staff damaging the cohesiveness of the "team".

Being able to assist schools with their budget generated for student extra curricular activities to ensure they are gaining knowledge and having fun while exploring various cultures and ideas from personal growth.

Cons

Better salaries are needed to maintain a more stable work environment while sustaining productive human capital. The more satisfied employees with salaries, the better they provide the productivity employers seek.
