      Can help students succeed in the classroom, create important and positive moments, great peers to work with and learn from

      Cons

      Administration can really turn a school into a negative place, students lack motivation many times, and central policies sometimes seem lacking.

      Pros

      Highly dependent on the school you work at. At mine reasonable expectations for when you needed to be at school (7:45-3:30) with compensation for anything over that. Administration was supportive and let you do your thing as long as you were successful.

      Cons

      Large district that doesn't know how to manage rollout of programs/policies to schools.
