      Pros

      Employee pride is high due to the nature of the work and the Hospital's reputation in the medical community. Many extras for employees such as holiday celebrations, employee luncheons, employee satisfaction surveys.

      Cons

      Rapid turnover of executives and middle management does not allow for continuity of vision. Political beauracracy is quite heavy. Financial management is very resistant to change of core processes. Decision making is hampered by upper management roadblocks.

      - great place to work - great working environment - great support of leadership who rtuly care about staff and patients - big focus on quality of care given to patients (from clinical and non clinical staff)

      Cons

      - does not act as a system with affiliate hospitals in community - salary not as competitive as could be
