Pros

After coming from a very toxic work environment, it is so refreshing to be in a place that is warm and inviting. The entire staff, whether it be the general manager or a process technician everyone is willing to pitch in and help out. Keep up the great work and we will succeed!

Great team, good time off, a lot to learn, for employees trying to get their foot in the door of pharma really

Cons

Poor management, rapid turnover, little training, other departments tend to look down on production. We seem to be expendable, and a nuisance to them

Pros

I joined Hovione Ringaskiddy in 2016 and have find it an excellent place to work. My colleagues are a great support and extremely helpful. My workload although heavy is very manageable and I love my role here. Hovione have big plans for the future and I believe my career here will be very rewarding. This is a team driven company and one that hasn't forgot that an employee is the number one asset it has. Focusing on attention to detail and right first time are not only expected but supported.

Cons

Like every job a bigger salary is always appreciated.
