-Top Management comes from the ranks and is very approachable; - Great support from Hovione headquarters in Portugal - Really good place for develop technical skills - Long term approach to investments. I really enjoy working in this company and professionally I learned a lot and developped my technical skills exponentially. There is a real team spirit and most of the times all departments try their best to find solutions instead of pushing the problem to others.

Cons

-Salary below average. To attract the candidate they are slightly flexible when negotiating, but in the following years the salary increase is relatively short

Company culture driven by continuous improvement and by strong objective to be one of the best companies in the world. Always trying to be the first to implement new technologies.

Cons

Company culture not standard across different departments. Working extra hours is a normal practice.
