The Seaport and especially the Tin Building team are a bunch amateurs. HR was like a typical mean girls club. No respect for confidentiality and only there to protect leadership.

Working here has been an absolute pleasure. The executive team and management I have worked with all want the best for their employees and see the bigger picture outside of being a real estate developer. They offer incredible employee benefits, perks that make coming to work much better, a hybrid schedule to support work/life, a fun atmosphere, and challenging but all the more rewarding work. They put a lot of emphasis on highlighting that each role at HH plays an important part in the company's success, which makes employees feel appreciated and valued.

None in particular; very happy with my role and the support from my management.
