The Howard Hughes Corporation was one of the best environments that I have ever worked in. Everyone at the company is friendly, driven, and an overall joy to work with. I was part of the first full internship program with 15 other college interns and had one of the best summers ever. Great company.

Cons

I had no problems with working here.

My coworkers were the best and I enjoyed working with them so much

Cons

The middle management is not great here. I think HR or the org needs to take a closer look at what is causing attrition particularly in the marketing team. All fingers point to middle management. Some people shouldn’t be managing people and this is one of those cases here.
