Pros

Hard working group that works hard to get the job done. Intuitive and always looking for new ways to get things done.

Cons

Top executives have no concern for the hard working employees that keep the company running. Lots of egos from all levels. Management does not manage titles appropriate to skill level.

Pros

The benefits are really good and most of the individuals are knowledgeable and helpful. Lots of Corporate "bonding" events. Work/life balance is good. Pay is excellent.

Cons

Lack of communication between departments. Lots of politics. Letting people go suddenly and not letting other employees know what is happening, i.e., restructuring of department, change in vision, lack of profits or general layoff. Sometimes uneasy feeling and fear of unknown.

Pros

A few great coworkers, some decent perks, not too much overtime.

Cons

Leadership simply waiting for retirement, thus no interest in developing staff into future leaders. Minimal communication between staff and management.
