Mediocre, but with potential

Pros

Great people, wonderful benefits, they have a really great appreciation of employees. They also spend freely on the latest business tools, education and training.

Cons

There is a culture of passing the buck so that there is always one crisis after the other because nobody wants to be responsible for making a decision. Also, you would think with the Howard Hughes branding you would have Class A assets.... Like I said, mediocre at best.

Disappointed.

Pros

Upscale, good clientele. Coworkers are nice, and just as disgruntled as I am. Good benefits and provided outfits. Always smells good.

Cons

Demanding, unfair, upper management. Payment is screwy. They have no faith in lower level management, and is too corporate to get anything done quickly.
