Pros

The office building is nice...

Cons

The owners employ all of their children and they are all in upper/executive management whether they are qualified or not. If you have an idea or opinion that is different than any of the numerous Howards that work there, you are immediately labeled as a "trouble maker". There is no thinking outside of the box tolerated and everything in the box is whatever the Howards say. Employees and management are pitted against each other and sales reps are constantly reminded they are replaceable at a moments notice. The most disturbing thing however, is the pattern of hiring several minority employees at once for sales positions and then firing them for "lack of performance" a few months later - even though they were not given adequate training. And while no new employee is really given adequate training, it appears that they hire these people to meet some minority quota, set them up to fail and discharge them regardless of if they have a family to support or not. It is disgusting! (I myself am a white female and not the minority I am referring to) This company does not care about their employees and you will be better paid at McDonald's whether you have an education and years of experience or not.. Run! - don't walk away from this company and the horrible human beings that own it!

Pros

- Family owned - Decent benefits - Good work/life balance

Cons

- Pay for specialized career fields (engineers, graphic designers, etc) is well below the national average - No real opportunities to advance - Lot of hiring is based on "buddy" system (friends of the family usually get first priority). - Bonuses and pay raises are scarce

Pros

None. The pay is a joke and the management treats employees like grade school children. You are constantly lied to and given false hope. Expectations are very high but you aren't given the proper tools or training to succeed. Morale is very low among the employees and many people feel they are "stuck" there.

Cons

Very high turnover rate Very low pay Lack of organization and structure Strong presence of nepotism and favortism Constant micromanagement
