Pros

Great benefits package and mostly enjoyable atmosphere.

Cons

Lack of communication between management>employees & management>owners. If someone doesn't like you, they'll force you out. Management is not truly interested in growing the Govenment/B2B Sector.

Pros

Medical for employee only is free and good coverage.

Cons

No opportunity for advancement. Raises do not cover cost of living increases. Commission or bonuses not available for many employees considered “sales”. Support staff, technicians, engineers and designers salaries are drastically lower than the BASE salary of a commissioned sales rep.
