Do Not Care About Employees This is a highly micromanaging company, they actually count your hotel receipts per week to make sure you have a minimum of 2.5 avg per week. The end of every week has 4 required redundant reports to fill out that takes most the day. -The home-brewed CRM program is basically worthless being no help to reps in the field. -The expense reporting process is something from the early 90's relying on the rep to find creative ways to submit them. -There is no training program, just following people around. -Capped commissions like we still live in the 90's -Horrible work life balance, don't take this job with a family at home. -mileage reimbursement and daily per diem for food is laughable compared to other reputable companies.

Very poor management, Medical is 3 years behind on their medical carts and does not work right. They cannot keep good employees. Why 1. Low pay 2. No raise. 3. The good knowable employees either leave or arelaid off. What is left is low paid and uneducated employees. 4. Insurance for family is 700.00 per month. I was there 6 years no raise. So much waste
