      Pros

      Unreal work/life balance. Selling a product that actually works and very innovative leaders. You know you are changing with what the customer is looking for. Working with a lot of smart people.

      Cons

      Quotas go up and territories get smaller (like most sales orgs). Not much career growth besides becoming a manager

      Pros

      - Great culture and benefits - Very clear growth path. You will be given all the opportunities you need for your career - Work whenever you want, wherever you want

      Cons

      - Despite being a customer oriented company, most of the people focus too much on features instead of improving stability - Working with other teams is not always easy, as some people are not very friendly and will discourage you from making questions

I'm a little bummed to hear that folks aren't friendly on the collaboration side of things to be honest, but I'm in complete agreement that we need to talk and focus more on reliability--I got a lot of good feedback about Eric's talk on this topic in the ENPS, so hoping to build on that to foster more of that conversation internally.
