Exciting energetic environment, good growth opportunities. Strong company culture code - makes for good blend of people who want to "GSD" get stuff done and in turn get to enjoy numerous perks within the offices, as well as fun company wide and departmental outings.

Cons

Lengthy hours at times - but overall worth it.

Pros

High energy, inclusive, flexible, reward hard work, fast paced. Not a day has gone by in the last several years where I haven't felt challenged, and appreciated. I work with so many smart, hard working individuals who are passionate and fun. I love that we are always looking to grow, improve, and solve. Mediocrity is not part of the Hubspot language and I love the momentum felt daily working at Hubspot.

Cons

Sometimes we take on a lot at once, which can feel stressful at times, but unlimited vacation always makes the busy times worth it, as we can take the time needed to recharge when it makes sense
