      Pros

      HubSpot is a place that really values growth and professional development. I can't even begin to count all of the awesome opportunities I've had -- from taking on exciting new projects that push my limits and allow me to develop my skills to attending workshops, trainings, and more.

      Cons

      Things at HubSpot move quickly. It's a trait that I've learned to love from my time working in the startup industry, but the ambiguity can be difficult for some at times.

      I love that you identified ways to learn and grow at HubSpot in both formal and informal ways--it's one of my favorite things about being here. I completely agree with you that the ambiguity can be hard to navigate at times, particularly when we are scaling and growing so quickly, and I promise you we will do everything possible to be thoughtful about maintaining our focus on people and culture as we grow.       The smartest and most helpful people

      Pros

      I'm pretty new (a little over a month) and I can honestly say I've learned more in the last month than in the last 6 months at my previous company. Everyone here is SO smart, and so willing to help teach. I feel like I can go to my manager and team with any question, and rather than just tell me an answer they genuinely make sure I understand the concepts. Everyone motivates each other and encourages each other, and there's none of the cut throat politics like other places. Yes you work a lot, but its enjoyable because everyone wants you to succeed. Also, TONS OF FOOD!!!!!!!

      Cons

      Training is nuts. A month of class in a school classroom setting, and a "new hire project" that's pretty intense.

      Thank you for the feedback, love that you're excited about both our people and our food! I spend way too much time in our kitchen as well, so we have that in common. I agree that our classroom training and the project are intense-part of that is intentional, but we are also looking at ways to lighten the load and to make additional elements of the project and onboarding either online or as a follow-up in months two and three.       Challenging Great Culture Pay is Great All team members are unique and great at what the do, making you better Management is ready to teach at all times. Endless access to resources to better yourself.
