Pros

HubSpot is a great place to learn and grow in any field. There is so much going on here that it is impossible not to take on great projects. The employees are friendly and very giving with their time. Flexible workplace and they do really want their staff to have a life outside of work. They promote meeting meeting employees from different teams which grows your internal network and also helps you learn about other roles here should you like a change.

Cons

Overall package is very good but a little more contribution on the pension would be fantastic.

I can't believe I forgot to respond to this one, particularly from one of our own team members--I'm so sorry! Thanks for helping HubSpot grow by attracting wonderful people to our team, I'm extremely grateful for all of your hard work to help DubSpot grow. Pension we raised a bit last year so hopefully that is getting us in the right direction, and agree that honesty and transparency are key ingredients as we grow and scale--thank you for all that you do, and apologies again for the delay. Cheers, Katie

Thank you for the review, and for the feedback. I agree that monthly quotes can be stressful; however our hope is that it helps drive a monthly cadence that solves for the rapid pace and change of a SaaS business and reduced end of quarter quota by avoiding the dreaded last day "hockey stick." Nonetheless agree that sales can be stressful--thanks for helping lead a team to drive revenue and success for our customers and for helping DubSpot grow--the work you do has been critical to our success on the ground there, and I look forward to visiting you at the end of this month. -Katie

Pros

A welcoming, creative, and flexible culture with many amazing benefits such as unlimited paid vacation and sick days, flexible work from home hours, generous parental leave, a private coffee shop, an onsite gym with free workout classes and showers, remarkable employees, and so much more.

Cons

I really can't think of any cons about working here. I love the team I work for and the creativity and drive that every employee I have met has. The culture is what's key about this company.

Thanks for the review and the thoughtful feedback-I love that you called out our employees' creativity and drive, it's one of my favorite parts of working here. We'll continue to work to make you proud with our culture--it's a tall order, but it's a top priority, so I promise we are working hard to help this part of our organization scale. Thank you for all you do! -Katie
