Great pay and benefits, hard work if you are a motivated person you will stay busy!

Cons

A lot of people come and go, management is known to pressure people to resign so unemployment will not have to be paid. Other than that a great place to work.

Cons

Has become a lot more corporate. Very political but only opinions on one side of the spectrum are acceptable, i.e. you must share and often espouse the "acceptable" ideology on topics or else fear for your job if your opinion is not perfectly aligned with the "correct" politics.
