      Pros

      Great benefits, decent comp, fully remote Good if you're looking for a break from the chaos of working at a firm. Great department if you are looking for a 9-5 where you can leave work at the office.

      Cons

      Team has grown more vertically since recent leadership turnover. Leadership is adding more layers of clueless middle management. Promotions seem to be a factor of how much face time you have with leadership (common everywhere). This feeds the cycle of promotions based on your political positioning - not a great look for a company that tries so hard to reduce bias in hiring/promo decisions. Micromanagement seems to be increasing as well as the company is moving towards a "high performance culture" that has yet to be clearly defined.

      Only good when sales are good.

      Pros

      You'll have a great time when your segment is hitting your numbers and your actual team is very nice and helpful.

      Cons

      When sales miss their number fingers will be pointed. Also watched people with lower numbers get promoted just because they were known.

      The culture and the people are amazing

      Cons

      The culture is not the same anymore and be aware of the higher ups! You say something wrong and you will be 'black listed' until they lay you off.
