      Pros

      All of the things that are posted in other reviews. The company moves FAST. Leadership is transparent and takes ownership of their shortcomings (which is the hallmark of a leader's job). Flexible hours allow you to schedule your day and activities for when you will do your best work.

      Cons

      I could see the autonomy being overwhelming for junior employees. The company moves FAST (it's a double-edged sword). I've met A LOT of people that don't exhibit HEART.

      Thanks for the thoughtful feedback here, specifically around the change management side of things and project management.
