      Pros

      Benefits like work remote, unlimited PTO and culture of company.

      Cons

      Promotion path takes forever and the criteria for promo relies on external factors like quantity of revenue generated in this position.

      autonomy, flexibility, practicing what you preach, TRUE commitment to DI&B, unlimited PTO, incredible benefits, transparency and amazing dedication to mission/ values

      Cons

      grew very fast and now slowing down (to be expected).

      Pros

      Everything you hear about the Hubspot culture is great. From the CEO down everyone is nice and welcoming and great to work with. The work life balance is amazing.

      Cons

      There’s no growth plans set in place and you get judged in your 360 review for process issues that start from way higher up in your management structure. So you’re usually being reactive and stuck trying to please your manager. Nobody talks about realistic growth and people have been leaving due to it

      Agree that Yamini is great, and appreciate the thoughtful feedback! For reviews, 360s are typically done for senior leaders and only done at the IC/manager level when requested for input, so that shouldn't be a blocker to your growth within HubSpot, but will flag overall the feedback on clarity of path forward.
