Pros

There are lots of talented people working here

Cons

HubSpot has changed a lot over the past couple years. What used to be a collaborative culture is now more political and divided. People used to work together and support each other but now it seems like many are more focused on protecting their own interests than working toward common goals. A lot of this change can be traced back to management, who introduced vague ideas like "high-performance culture." These concepts have increased stress and tension among employees. On top of that, many teams are overloaded with top-down initiatives, while also having to manage their own daily tasks and be on-call at least one week every month.
