Terrible middle management that does not support anyone they view as "not up to par," but they keep moving the goal post for performance so who knows what par is at this point. Middle management can also be vindictive if you get on their radar or cross them. Definite favoritism/nepotism to tenured employees. Advertised as a remote-friendly organization, but that really depends on what team you join. Politics are rampant especially in R&D orgs. So many employees, so many "supposed" remote initiatives, but I've never been part of a team and felt so siloed, alone, and unsupported.
