In theory remote work, but it's not great anyway if you're constantly scrutinized and monitored
Cons
- Constant scrutiny and monitoring - Unrealistic expectations (you're supposed to be some sort of a mix of a genius product visionary and brilliant engineer who delivers any project in 6 weeks, and also internally promotes and markets it - i.e. a hybrid of Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak, working for 1/10000 of their money) - Robotic and stiff atmosphere, can't joke around/banter, etc.
