      Culture is awesome, welcoming, engaging and encourages you to work hard. Employee retention and growth is a huge driver. Culture is welcoming and people never hesitate to collaborate or help each other.

      Cons

      Not many cons, there are some struggles from the standpoint of processes being in place for a long time and resisting change.

      Bigger corporation so have some options for 401k and company matching.

      Top down management seems to be not sure how to properly manage as we are losing customer's left and right.

      Cons

      In the short time I have been at Hubbell I have found very little that could be considered a con. The work is challenging and might be more difficult for those who need their hand held.
