Pros

Good technology, some people are really smart and fun to be around. Very international company despite the size, lately many new spots were filled internally. Not all sympathized wiht CEO but i think that under the circumstances he did great. They have great clients that are fun to work with.

Cons

Company focused its technology and strategy solely on one partner, when this partnership ended it was pretty much the end of the company hence it being acquired.

For the most part the company is easy to work for.

Communication from upper management could be improved upon. Raises are few and far between.
