Pros

I have worked at Hudl for almost four years and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with the level of transparency displayed by our leadership. Our management team is always open and honest about the company's goals, challenges, and successes, which makes it easy for us as employees to feel like we are a part of something bigger and more meaningful. Furthermore, the work environment is incredibly flexible, which allows us to balance our personal and professional lives in a way that works best for us. I appreciate the trust that our leadership places in us to get our work done without micromanagement, which fosters a sense of autonomy and responsibility that I find refreshing. Overall, I feel that Hudl's strategy is clear and concise, which helps us all work towards the same goals. This, combined with the high level of trust, transparency, and flexibility, creates a workplace culture that is supportive, collaborative, and productive.

Cons

I have noticed that the emphasis on autonomy can result in limited mentorship opportunities. While I appreciate the trust and freedom given to me, I do wish there were more opportunities for guidance and feedback for senior team members.

Pros

Only good thing is , company gives two days off in a week but not on weekends. This job is only good for those people who want a stable life who will be earning around 25k-30k.

Cons

You have to work in rotational shifts, like three months morning 7am to 4 pm , and for one month 2pm to 11pm. You get week offs on either wednesday-thursday or fri-saturday. Its complusary to work on weekends. Company never gives WFH, as our work can be easily done from home. We are obviously not paid enough for the amount and the quality of work we are doing in given time . When an employee reaches max. level (which is level -5) , for him there is nothing in front of him to achieve. Management keeps on changing the salary structure every year. They seriously dont know what they are doing. If you seriously want to achieve big in life , then staying for long run in this company is not at all good for you.

Thanks for your feedback! Our nature of work is such where our operations run 24/7. However, we make sure that we give enough breaks and allowances to give our Hudlies time off so that they can come back refreshed at work.
