Pros

- Work life balance - Remote Work

Cons

- AE’s are underpaid for industry comparisons - Ex. An AE can beat Quota and not even earn $85k/year - Hudl push AE’s to sell multi-year deals but only pay commission for the 1st year total - Aetna is their HC provider. - Most sales cycles are about 4-12 months long - Turnover new territories annually. All those relationships that you’ve built are thrown away at the end of each FY.

Pros

-The Company is constantly growing which allows for a lot of professional/career growth -The work can be challenging due to the new products and strategic initiations the Company has -Great team members and positive work environment -Fairly competitive pay and benefits for the Nebraska market (flexible work scheduled, health insurance, etc.)

Cons

-It's easy to be overworked due to the constant growth of the Company and need to keep getting new additional work done -Due to the fast pace of the work and growth there can be times there is not much structure in your work which can be a positive or negative at times -Unlimited vacation rather than traditional accrued vacation
