      Pros

      Progressive, modern, great benefits, great culture and team. You will be pushed to better yourself and it can be a good thing with the right manager.

      Cons

      Quick growth means growing pains. People selected for leadership and management roles out of necessity rather than ability which ultimately hurts the great culture.
