      Very transparent company. Overall an exciting field and company to work for.

      Cons

      Moves fast, and can sometimes feel like the "end" is greater than the "means" to get there.

      Transparent leadership Crazy awesome benefits Really smart team Focus on professional development and growth Huge growth potential as a company Value feedback (from all levels)

      Cons

      Hudl is still figuring out how to be a large, successful, international company. I'd say the biggest thing they struggle with is workforce planning (under-hiring or over-hiring). They own up to their mistakes, though.

      Learned A Lot

      Pros

      Hudl was a fun and exciting work environment to be in. The people are great and it's a lot of fun being able to solve difficult problems every day. I was challenged in my work and used the skills I learned to move on to my next career.

      Cons

      It's a fast moving company and some actions aren't well thought out. Moving quickly can be great but not at the expense of employees or customers.
