      Pros

      Great place to grow a career. Hudl provides many opportunities for career advancement and development. Flat culture where you can talk honestly and openly to anyone. Everyone listens and trusts you to do your job. Teaches you to be responsible with your time by giving employees a lot of freedom in defining their job activities. Hudl made me a better person.

      Cons

      Can get chaotic during busy times. Software development process is defined disproportionately by the project managers. It's easy to get overwhelmed with meetings depending on your responsibilities.

      Pros

      I work remotely and they set me up with all the equipment I need. I go back to the headquarters every now and then to meet people face-to-face.

      Cons

      Growing really fast, so the office in Lincoln is crammed full of people. A new building is coming, but it can't get here soon enough.

      Lots of really good people to work with and learn from.

      Cons

      Lots of bad people that don't get removed.
