Lower level employees are very nice people High compensation package Good work/life balance Good mission

Cons

The tech platform is terrible! In all my years in tech, I couldn't believe how much manual work is done by the operations team because of the lack of automation in the platform. They don't have the right team in place to take this platform to another level. They are focused on an IPO and missing the fine details on what can make this company great. It has a great mission, but the execution of it is missing.

-Leads and Managers are amazing. -Team Members are helpful and fun to work with. -Fully Remote, work at your own pace. -Great health insurance for single individuals. -Work is satisfying and gives you a chance to own your projects. -No micro-managing, lots of trust in employees. -HSA/401(k) match benefits. -PTO can be very generous depending on the stages of projects.

Cons

-Compensation ranges are low compared to industry standards. -Low retention due to compensation and minimal promotion pay increases. -Director and senior level leadership were clueless of the day to day pain points, some seemed inexperienced. -The product doesn’t work well, marketed as “automated” but was very manual for operation teams. -Company had trouble hiring/retaining talented software engineers/product managers to fix major technical errors and improve product. -Many customer service members were very inexperienced with the product and 401(k) industry in general.
