Middle and upper management don't care how the front line is treated. I worked there for 9 years and saw a culture of indifference to the emotional well-being of the front line. Toxic leadership abounds. No one in upper management cares. When someone in the Florida market speaks up and threatens to leave if things don't get better, they are asked to leave on the spot with no explanation. Further, most of the people who speak up are the highest producers.
