Company moving at lightening speed to develop a product, but not compromise quality. They value and appreciate their employees and promote open communication. Employees at the company are high performing yet do not have big egos.

Pros

Amazing potential for products and lots of customer interest. Really smart people here who are good people that care about each other.

Cons

Not sure it is a con but it is a startup and things move fast, so you need to be ready for that. Focus at all startups is a challenge but it is recognized here and addressed in a transparent and honest way.
