Pros

A compelling (and fun) technology with a growing user base that's only scratched the surface of its potential. You get to work with innovative team members who are not only highly skilled and intelligent but also good people. I feel like senior management really cares about what employees think and actively encourages feedback. Salary and benefits are good. Work-life balance is respected.

Cons

I don't view this as a negative, but it could be for some. It's a dynamic environment where change (growth) is happening fast. One needs to be comfortable with that in order to thrive.

Moved to great space in Waltham with parking, very focused on the stated mission and goals, good balance of technical/business/financial team.

Cons

Transitioning from startup to product company with some growing pains such as how to add process without impacting daily work overhead.

Pros

Humatics is the world leader in Microlocation which is/will change the world. It is rewarding to work for a company that is making a product that will change the world for the better. The leadership team is made up of some incredibly intelligent people who are also down to earth and have common sense. I truly enjoy coming to work everyday.

Cons

Now that we are in our spacious and beautiful new headquarters in Waltham, MA I cannot complain about our lack of space in our former office in Cambridge, MA.
