      Job security even during the oil and gas industry downturn.

      Cons

      No opportunity for professional growth or advancement - even more so for females. Locked down per say in same position from start of hire until retirement.

      Great Benefits, good work life balance, great people, beautiful building to work in and very nice perks.

      Cons

      Private company so no transparency, obsolete executives and managers, flat structure so no room for advancement, slow to adapt and change, minimal investment in effective IT services and assets, downtown location.
