Good Management Good group of guys I work with, my manager keeps us updated with things. Wages reflect the workload and in line with similar roles.

Cons

Sometimes working remotely it can be lonly and wish we could arrange regular office catch ups.

Nothing positive except the few people who actually care about what their employees bring to the table.

Clicks and Hierarchy Favored people only get opportunies Management will sell you the dream to work at their company but treat staff awful. If they like someone better than the next they will do everything they can to plant and dig up dirt to get you to lose your job or force you to resign. They are never fair someone who can do the job will not get it with a person who is favored by them even if they are a hazard to the business huntswood protect them. Employees are so afraid to stand up for themselves because the company and HR work so well to get people to lose their jobs. They will make you hate work it's a prison.
