-Being able to WFH & In Office - If any campaigns stop running, Huntswood will always find another campaign for you so you’re not left without a job - Best staff I’ve ever worked with - My Manager - Lots of room for progression - Good working hours - Good office location - Discounted Car Parking for all staff - Perks at Work discounts for all staff -Themed events with good incentives throughout the year

Cons

- Communication from Exec team - Different contracts for different departments meaning people in similar roles get more benefits than others - Pay lower than similar roles with other companies for L&D

Management constantly talking down to you and the team. Unfair expectations. Once your 3 month probation is up they will say “not enough progression”, they cleared out whole teams with this and with 0 notice (contract states they must give a weeks notice, after being there a month). Outbound sales roles is actually cold calling. There is 0 support and 0 care for the staff. It’s daily abuse from the people we call and management, for very low pay. They make a big deal about mental health, but if you suffer with mental health! They will continuously tell you “this job isn’t for you”.

I should have realised from the beginning this company was bad when they couldn’t even get the annual leave right, they have different campaigns, I was with esure which was horrendous. They have promised to move staff to different campaigns now esure are moving to South AFrica, but because they are so disorganised and the pay is rubbish, I don’t trust them to offer a campaign that’s any good. Very stressful, never felt so stressed and unsupported by a company
