Immature in its approach to expanding and increasing headcount. Focussing on a lot of different initiatives and so struggling to really define its offering to clients.

Good for your CV. Good pay and good friends. Worked there for 2years. Was able to gain a lot of experience.

Cons

Full of politics. There was no career progression and that was discouraging to do more. Target was hard to achieve.
