I've been with Huntswood for over two years now and have found them to be a very good employer with excellent staff and associates. The role is challenging and does enable you to reach your full potential. I have worked at several other companies and the culture here is the best so far.

First and Second Line Huntswood Management is a mates club. They are generally contractors themselves who manage to ensure they and their roles are protected, with no concern or interest in what that approach does to those actually doing the work. They are entirely client-facing but not necessarily focused, they'll happily do what the client says even if they know it isn't the best approach. After all, every bad decision by the client means more remedial work and a longer contract.
