Cons

Husp umbrella company all inhouse so they can take more of your earned money. Client relationship manager/Delivery manager was a complete joke. Always on annual leave when it was time for contract extentions,he would complain he had other projects. Left in the dark multiple times if we had a job the next day. Admin staff generally unhelpful and rude. They treat their candidates like foder...they don't even try to pretend that you are not valued. When they need you they pick up your calls and reply your messages. The day rates are a laugh. Only joined as I was quite desperate for a remote because of carer/children responsibility. Otherwise be ready to be done dirty by these folks. They don't care.

Don't touch.. Even with a ten foot barge poll. They pretend to have a sister company called cxp.. However this is a front and cxp do not exist.. You can't speak to anyone in hr or payroll.. This has been my worst experience I've ever had dealing with a company.

Town centre, pay rate. Thecons by far outweigh the pros to working here!

Cons

Treated like a machine. Awful mangers lacking in care for your well-being and empathy. Criticised, scrutinised & pressurised when new to the role! Expected to work long hours. Conduit, their umbrella pay roll company are just as bad. Trying to withhold your pay if you quit! Yet they make it so u bearable to stay there, and gave me no other option. A totally corrupt bunch of people, if you could call them that!
