If there's plenty of overtime and your hardworking you'll do well. There can be flexibility afforded and there's a range of work to do and at times the work can be rewarding

Cons

Prepare for office politics like you won't believe. Let's just say there are people in a managerial position who have no interest in either pushing people forward or bringing people up as a whole. There can be a disgusting attitude towards workers in general and a lot of pressure.

Clicky, if you aren’t in with the crowd forget it you’ll be left behind. Threaten to not pay you if you don’t bend over backwards. Poor work ethic, each man for their own.
